Massage is to work and act on the body with pressure. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain. Your body’s pretty good at letting you know it needs a massage.
The Facebook Page Feedy Healthy posted a video on how you can perform a great massage step by step in the back of your loved one.
Start putting oil in your hands, press firmly from the base of the neck all the way down the spine to the top of the glutes.
Press firmly along the shoulders, and run your hands along the side.
Switch hands and come back up again, squeeze and pull trapezius muscles along sides in an alternating motion.
Knead the shoulders and neck.
Use your forearm and elbow to create pressure downside then repeat with your fists.
Then gently close out massage.

A good back massage can help relieve lower back pain. After a strenuous workout or sitting at a desk all day, your back muscles are likely to be tense from overuse or repetitive use. When a massage therapist works those muscles, some of the tension is released.
